Hi every one, I am new here. I was wondering if anyone is making anything special for Christmas Eve. I will be making the traditional pork shoulder, white rice, black beans, yuca con mojo but wanted something different for appetizers. Different but of course Cuban. Not the typical croqueticas, bocaditos, pastelitos stuff. Anyone have any recipes to share?
