I have been trying to find a recipe for a coconut cream ice [not ice cream] that the street vendors in the South Bronx sell.
I know it as Coquito but when I find a recipe it's usually for a drink or coconut balls.  I tried contacting Goya and Coco Lopez. They all know what I'm talking about but don't know the recipe. Can anyone help? Thanks |
