Silver City, NM Peak Oil and Greenhouse Project are hosting a video night locally. We are showing Cuba on Sustainability. We want to serve a Cuban meal for maybe 60 people. It will be prepared at other location(s) and brought to a kitchenless facility for serving.
Looking for what constitutes a good, not too complicated Cuban menu to go with the video. Any ideas? Thanks, Malika |
