Does anyone know of a good Salmon recipe? I am vegetarian and recently started to eat fish. My boyfriend and I really loved the Salmon dish from Versailles restaurant in Los Angeles. I want to impress him and try to make this dish for his birthday this week Sept 15. Can anyone help? Also, how do you cook the plantains? I want to make those too. Thank You. Yvette

Although I have eaten there several times during my Miami visits, I have never tasted the salmon at Versailles in Miami, so not sure what recipe they use. As to fried plantains, check the next post Sorry I couldn't help you with the salmon -------------------- Sonia
