Thank you for your reply. I have some friends in Havana who have sent me the recipe and the directions- they think, so I will try it out to see. You are correct about the sour orange. Send me your e-mail and I will give you the recipe if it is a success.

I was in Havana last month and ate at El Ajibes. They had the house special chicken and it was fantastic. Since that time all my friends have been begging me to try and duplicate the recipe. I am sure it never will be as good but I would like to try. If any one knows what I am talking about please help.
